We want you to love your Rugged Roos gear. If there’s a problem, we’ll make it right.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return your unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Item must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault under normal use within the warranty period, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — at no cost to you.

How to Return an Item
Email us at [Support@ruggedroos.com.au] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exclusions
We can’t accept returns on items that are used, damaged through misuse, or not in resalable condition (unless faulty).
